Please call 888-722-5638 to confirm your pickup time. Please allow 2-3 hours after placing your order for processing.
Please do not send a common carrier for customer pickup orders. The carrier will be denied because a Bill of Lading must be processed.
Orders not picked up within 72 hours will be returned to stock. The order will be canceled and may be charged a 15% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee applies to janitorial products, mailing tubes, and polybags.
You must provide your First Packaging order number to the warehouse at the time of pickup to receive your order.
